In view that the Mayor of Chacao has leased the Plaza La Castellana to the telecommunications company Nokia, filling the public space of billboards polluting, Ser Urbano calls a playful protest to assert our right to plazas and sidewalks free of visual pollution.
If we wanted to ad pollution, we would be at home watching television - not in a public space!
